- this class is just for skills check off
- ATI assignments
RECOMMENDATIONS
ALOT OF ASSIGNMENTS ARE DUE LITERALLY ALMOST 15 ASSIGNMENTS ARE DUE WEEKLY BEFORE YOUR CLASS THAT WAY YOU DO YOUR LESSONS ON ATI AND ACTIVITIES THROUGH THERE SO WHEN YOU GO TO CLASS TEACHER EITHER GIVES TEST ON THOSE LESSONS OR SHE REVIEWS THE LESSON OR YOU WILL BE EVALUATED ON SKILLS. TRY TO GET THESE OUT OF THE WAY.
- ATI LESSONS AND POST TEST: TRY TO DO 1 HOUR FOR ALL ATI LESSONS AS ALL TEACHERS REQUIRE THIS AMOUNT SPENT ON IT, AND FOR POST TEST Do AT LEAST 30 TO 60 MINUTES. ASK YOUR INSTRUCTOR AS I HAD TO REDO A LOT OF THEM AS THEY WERE NOT CLEAR ON THIS IN THE BEGINNING.
- make a habit for quizzes,, of however you study to bring the day of class, why?? for example I do flashcards, I print them out and right after I finish doing my quiz I go back on my printed flashcards and highlight or circle everything that I can remember on the test. WHY IT HELPED WITH MY FINALS,, WHILE MANY OTHERS DIDNT KNOW WHAT TO DO. so do that for the finals.
- make sure to be using dynamic quizzing, and post test on ATI for finals ,
- if your professor does PowerPoints on ATI just stick to ATI, if your professor has there own PowerPoint and It has nothing to do with ATI then use their PowerPoints and not ATI,
- for regular quizzes, read the chapter on ATI, formulate your flash cards or study guide and then do the post test on ATI for that lesson it will help a lot.
- I cant stress enough if you have time to do most of all the ATI assignments for all classes just do it as everything else is stressful, for example one class can give you 3 lessons on ATI and those post test you must submit on the side you will still have to do other assignments like presenting, clinicals, papers due, videos due and that not including all the other classes that also have overwhelming alot of assignments
all I possible,, study hard guys...
How often do you have to attend class and clinicals per week?
ReplyDelete1st semester. Classes are on Tuesday Wed, and fridays,. Clinicals are only Mondays for 8 hours and only 3 Mondays, so only 3 weeks for clinicals.
ReplyDeletealso remember it may change for some and hours for us were 3 to 11pm
DeleteDid they require TEAS when you apply. Why do you need to take Pharmacology again if you already took one in LVN? Did they say how many months for you to finish BSN , is it shorter since u were an LVN already?
ReplyDeleteno teas test , also mine was a certificate lvn no associate. but you should always reach out to the school directly you may not need to take it.. its 2 years for everyone,, and no it is not shorter because I am a lvn or took stastics class, what it basically does for me is that I just have one less class to take for that semester.. so we all start program together and end together only some will not have like nutrition , pathophysiology, ethics, or statistics when that semester hits. if that makes sense
